How Senators Voted on the Spending Bill

The 56-40 roll call Saturday by which the Senate passed a $1.1 trillion spending bill that funds nearly the entire government through the Sept. 30 2015 fiscal year. The legislation assures funding for nearly the entire government until next fall, it made an exception of the Department of Homeland Security. Money for that agency will run out on Feb. 27.

A ‘‘yes’’ vote is a vote to pass the bill.

Voting yes were 31 Democrats, 24 Republicans and 1 independent.

Voting no were 21 Democrats, 18 Republicans and 1 independent.
